Necrotic Obsession

Well since im at this workshop, doing stuff, i made this print thing. not super great, but im happy with it :D






So far the only painting im even partially happy with, and apparently this style is very "in" right now..

fuck it.. im now a fashionstatement hahaha.. anyways..

That looks cool. Looks like railroad tracks trailing off into the horizon, with a giant setting/rising sun at the land's end.

How did you make it? Looks like a print made off of a wood-cutting to me.

its a bit like a woodcut, only in some sort of thick paper.

As for what it is, well everyone sees different things in it.

I never thought of the railroad thing, nor a sunset, to me it was just lines and dots to start with depending on if you look at it this way or upside down.

But its a lot fo fun creating

IT does remind me of the sun.
And if they arent rays coming down then i'd say a building is reaching for the skies.

Artsy Fartsy Pariah Poo! These look really awesome... reminds me of high school and a bit of tattoo art thrown in as well.

This reminds me of 80's style action cartoons. . . just the first thought to mind. .

I love the third one - the multi-coloured abstract painting with the zig-zags and triangles.

It's a very striking and beautiful use of colour. I could stare at it all day!

These 3 are the first series i did, well on purpose.

And done with a clear idea of what i wanted.

I like the way that, from a distance, it looks like a simple idea, i.e. spikes against a skyline, but when you look closer, you can see the shadows on the spikes and the details on the clouds in the sky.

Those last 3 are great. I really like the use of colour.
