As long as no one can place you at the crime scene its possible. Its why gang drive bys are so hard to find who did it because the person has no direct ties with the person being shot. If you do have ties to them its a bit harder but if you could kidnap them or kill them and hide their body to remain undiscovered for at least 48-72 hours and have a next day flight out of the country it would work.

You could also kill them on a small boat at sea and set the boat on fire. Your clothes too anyways so you dont have traces on you.

First step? Rape drugs. The most amusing way is to manage to drag the person into quite a far away place I believe. Kill them with something simple. Say, poison, something which evaporates quickly from the body. Then, either cremate the body, or cut it into several pieces, spreading them across the country. Be careful with stains, hair falling, foot prints, finger prints and... and... I think that's it for now.

how does poison exit the body if the person is dead and can't piss/shit/puke/sweat it out?

despite the painstaking work to sterilize the scene, you overlook this crucial detail.

you have been arrested

Not quite. I can't recall the english name of it. It's colourless, people often take it when they wish to commit suicide. Cyanide they call it? I'm not sure. Takes six hours to evaporate from the body I believe. Besides, the purpose of the drug is to prevent an investigation that'd lead back to you, since ye'd be taking that person far away. A drug can be taken anywhere.

Wait, erase that, I believe. I must've misread about cyanide. I can't recall which one was it. I've been trying to find the source from which I read that again and I can't seem to do so >_<

The initial half-life of cyanide in humans is estimated to be 20-60 minutes (ATSDR 2006). When levels are very high, as in potentially lethal exposures, there is an initial rapid decline followed by a slow terminal elimination with half-lives ranging from 19-66 hours for the terminal phase (ATSDR 2006).

The half life is 19-66 hours in living persons exposed to cyanide.

Well... add a six to that. Nonetheless, the cremation or scattering of the body parts is supposed to keep the body from being traced. Overlooked that heh? ;)

I'd say the best way to commit a murder and get away with it, would be to target a complete stranger, someone you have absolutely no ties with.
If you do happen to know them I'd advise acquiring a boat, getting them on said boat, and taking them for a trip out to sea, say to the Mariana Trench.
As for actual killing techniques, the cleaner the better I suppose. And hey, you don't even have to kill them if you're going to dump them down a hole in the ocean.
Hope this helps :|

but bodys can wash up on shore, besides, how would i get someone onto a boat without being seen?

Where do you cremate a body without it being noticed?
